About

A named practice for work that usually stays invisible

Digitalfavce is not a borrowed brand parked on a blank template. It is the workplace operations practice of VEACESLAV GIRJEV, operating from Bălți, Republic of Moldova.

The company

Offices fail in small, repeating ways: a vendor without a window, a room that was “fine” until a client sat down, a new hire who has a laptop and no chair. Those failures are operational. They sit between facilities, administration, and the calendar.

Digitalfavce exists to own that middle layer. We coordinate the weekday work of the workplace, write the routines that keep it from resetting to chaos, and report status in language a director can read without translation.

The legal and public operator of this site is VEACESLAV GIRJEV. Correspondence: info@digitalfavce.my. Address: Strada Libertăţii 79, MD-3100, Bălți, Republica Moldova.

Methodology

How the work is actually done

The method is deliberately unfashionable: observe the current loop, name the owners, install a thinner system than people fear, then operate it long enough to see whether it holds.

  • See the current loop

We start with how requests, vendors, and rooms move today — including the unofficial path through chat. A diagnostic that ignores informal work is theatre.

  • Name a single operating owner

Every workplace item needs a person who is allowed to close it. Shared ownership is how tickets age in silence.

  • Install the lightest board that works

We prefer a request board, vendor windows, and a close-out note over a stack of tools nobody will open. Software is a client choice; the operating logic is ours to specify.

  • Run, then tighten

Routines are proven in a normal week, not in a workshop. After a short operating period we remove steps that exist only to look complete.

Working principles

Write the loop, do not decorate it.

If a request cannot be found tomorrow, it was not operated.

Vendors are partners with windows, not surprises in the lobby.

Access, timing, and a named contact are part of the job.

Do not claim trades we do not perform.

Cleaning, repairs, construction, and HR remain with their rightful owners unless a written scope says otherwise.

Status should be readable by a busy director.

Open, waiting, blocked, done — in that order, without a dashboard novel.

Professional approach

Confidential workplaces

Offices contain visitor lists, badge practices, and vendor details. We treat operational information as business information, not marketing material. We do not publish client floors, staff names, or interior photographs as social proof.

Language and presence

This website is written in English so the offer is clear for search and correspondence through the form. On-site coordination can be arranged in the working language of the client office after we confirm who will be in the room.

Scope honesty

If a request is legal advice, construction management, IT administration, or recruiting, we say so and stop. Workplace operations is already a full job. Stretching it into neighbouring professions is how projects become vague.

Accountability

A named practitioner answers for the quality of the operating layer. If we cannot staff a weekday honestly, we do not sell a “fully managed office” as if a large bench existed behind this domain.
