Remote coordination is possible when a local person can still open doors, receive vendors, and confirm room state. A board without hands on the floor is only a list.
We can operate in the tools you already use if they can show a queue and a close. We do not require you to buy a product from Digitalfavce. If a tool would create a second unofficial chat, we will say it is the wrong tool.
