Three honest ways to buy workplace operations
Digitalfavce does not sell unlimited office magic. You choose a diagnostic, a setup, or a managed operating period. Fees are scoped after we see the floor, the vendors, and the hours you actually need.
Start here when the problem is still unnamed
Workplace diagnostic
A fixed-scope review of how requests, vendors, rooms, and handovers work today. The output is a written operating picture and a recommended next engagement — including the option to do nothing with us.
- Walkthrough or structured remote review
- Map of unofficial request paths
- Coverage gaps against the coverage map
- Recommended lane set from services
Typical duration: a short, bounded review measured in days, not an open retainer.
When you need the loop installed
Operations setup
We install the lightest operating system the office will actually use: request board, owner map, vendor windows, and SOPs. Then we run it with you for a proving period so the documents are not fiction.
- Request operations design and first live queue
- Vendor window plan using your contractors
- Readiness sheets for desks and rooms in scope
- SOP set and a first revision after real use
This is project work with a start and an end. It can lead to managed operations; it does not lock you into them.
When the weekday still needs an operator
Managed workplace operations
Digitalfavce operates the agreed lanes during agreed hours, with a reporting cadence a director can read. Staffing is honest: this is a named practice, so coverage hours are written down rather than implied as a 24-hour desk.
- Weekday queue, vendor coordination, and readiness in scope
- Weekly operational note
- Escalation of spend, access, and policy blockers
- Defined end date unless renewed in writing
Managed work is not a substitute for landlord emergencies, IT, or HR.
How pricing is set
Price depends on floors in scope, headcount, on-site versus coordinated remote work, vendor density, and hours. We do not publish a fake “from €0” figure to attract a click, and we do not show crossed-out discounts. After discovery we send a written fee, what is included, and what remains yours.
Payment terms, invoicing details, and the named parties go in the engagement note before weekday work starts. Until then, a website message is a request, not a contract.
Always included in a paid engagement
- A named client owner on your side
- A named practitioner on ours: VEACESLAV GIRJEV
- Written scope and a coverage list
- Materials you keep after the work
Never implied
- Unlimited hours
- Replacement of your legal employer duties
- Construction, IT administration, or recruiting
- Automatic renewal by silence
