Engagement

The path from first message to a workplace that has an owner

This is the client path for Digitalfavce workplace operations. It is a sequence of working states, not a funnel graphic.

Initial contact

You send a workplace review request with the office location, approximate headcount, and what currently lives in chat. We reply from info@digitalfavce.my to confirm we received it and to ask only the questions needed to see whether we are in scope.

If the request is outside workplace operations — for example recruiting or software development — we say so in that first reply. We do not hold a lead by stretching the niche.

There is no automated redirect, no call-back bot, and no requirement to create an account to read this site.

Discovery

Discovery is a structured conversation, on-site when the floor is in reach of Bălți, or remote when we are assessing whether remote coordination can work. We look at:

  • How a request is born today
  • Who vendors actually call
  • Which rooms and desks cause repeat friction
  • Who inside the company is allowed to approve spend and access

You remain the authority on your people and your building. Discovery does not include hidden photography or publishing your workplace.

Preparation

Before weekday operations start we agree a written scope: lanes in, lanes out, named client owner, tools, and the hours we will actually cover. Preparation also includes the first version of the request board and vendor window list.

If preparation reveals that the honest need is a one-week diagnostic rather than managed operations, we say that here — not after a month of unfocused activity.

Workflow

Workflow is the operating week: open the floor notes, route the queue, hold vendor slots, reset rooms in scope, and write a close-out. The shape of the day is described on the home page; the lanes are described under services.

During workflow we will escalate blockers instead of silently aging them: missing keys, unpaid vendor invoices, or an internal owner who does not answer.

Delivery

Delivery depends on the offer you chose:

  • Diagnostic: a written picture of the current loop and a recommended operating shape
  • Setup: SOPs, owner map, and a board that has already been used for a short period
  • Managed operations: the weekday layer plus the agreed reporting cadence

Deliverables are files and operating habits, not a login to a Digitalfavce product. You keep the materials.

Communication

Default communication is email with the named client owner. Urgent on-site issues during agreed hours go through the channel we set in preparation — still a human channel, not a dark pattern that traps the browser.

We do not send marketing newsletters from this form. If the relationship later needs a scheduled note, that is part of the engagement, not a hidden subscription.

Next steps

At the end of a diagnostic you choose: stop with the written picture, continue into setup, or start managed operations. At the end of a setup you choose whether Digitalfavce keeps operating the board or your internal owner takes it.

Nothing renews by silence. If a managed period ends, it ends unless both sides agree in writing to continue.
