What we collect
If you only browse this website, we store the cookie that records your cookie choice after you decide, and a session cookie needed to protect the contact form against forged requests (CSRF). We do not run advertising pixels, analytics suites, or social trackers on this site.
If you send the contact form, we receive the name, organization, email address, role, workplace size, topic, and message you type, plus the time of sending. A hidden honeypot field is present only to catch automated posts; humans should leave it empty.
If we later work together, workplace operations may involve vendor names, request descriptions, and floor notes you choose to share. That information is used to deliver the service, not to build a public case study without your written permission.
Why we use the data
- To reply to a review request or coverage question
- To prepare a scoped offer if you ask for one
- To deliver an agreed workplace operations engagement
- To keep the website form reasonably secure
- To remember your cookie preference
We do not sell personal data. We do not use form submissions to send unrelated marketing lists.
Legal bases
For enquiries: steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering a business message you initiated.
For a paid engagement: performance of that engagement and related accounting duties under the law of the Republic of Moldova.
For essential cookies: the technical need to run a secure form and to store a choice you made, as described in the Cookie Policy.
Where data stays
Email is sent to info@digitalfavce.my through the hosting mail function. The hosting provider that serves this domain therefore processes message data as a processor in the ordinary sense of running a mailbox. We do not copy enquiries into advertising platforms.
Session data is stored in the server session used by PHP. It is not a marketing profile.
How long we keep it
Unanswered or declined enquiries are kept only as long as needed to complete the correspondence and to defend against abuse, then deleted from active mail handling according to ordinary mailbox practice.
Engagement files follow the retention needed for the work and for legal accounting records in Moldova.
The cookie preference cookie lasts up to twelve months or until you change it.
Your choices
You may ask what data we hold about you from this site, ask for correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become an accounting record. Write to info@digitalfavce.my. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in the Republic of Moldova.
You can refuse non-essential cookies. At present the site does not set non-essential cookies, so Accept All and Reject Non-Essential have the same technical result except for the stored choice itself.
Children
This website is intended for workplace decision-makers. We do not seek data from children.
Changes
If the site starts using a new technology that processes personal data, this policy will be updated before that technology is switched on.
